Return Policy
Return with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. Returns must be received within 14 days from the day of receiving. Store Credit will be applied.
Excessive returning is not allowed. If monthly return percentage exceeds 25%, returning will not be allowed until percentage goes down.
Sale items are final sale, no returns will be accepted. All jewelry is final sale.
All returns must be approved; please notify us at this email BEFORE sending returns. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
Rosie Grace Boutique Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an item needs to be returned please include a slip with your name, email, and order numbers, so that we can issue store credit accordingly. Please ship all returns to: 209 Beasley Road Gardendale AL 35071
Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Ultimate decision on acceptance of returns is at the discretion of Rosie Grace Boutique Co
Return Instructions
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please include a note with your return that states your name and order number. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will result in a 50% restocking deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within three days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at rosiegraceboutiqueco @gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
